Terms & Conditions
- All visitors must register at the office upon arrival.
- Discounts and promotions must be applied before arrival — no adjustments can be made at check-in.
- Management reserves the right to select guests and remove objectionable persons at any time.
- Over-indulgence in alcohol will not be tolerated.
Liability & Indemnification
By entering Ocean City’s Coastal Escape RV Park, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The campground is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to any person or property arising from any cause, including negligence of other guests.
- Campers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ocean City’s Coastal Escape from all claims, damages, or injuries occurring on campground property.
- Photographs, videos, or audio taken at the campground may be used by management for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.
Payment Authorization
By providing a credit card number, you authorize Ocean City’s Coastal Escape RV Park to charge your card for:
- The full reservation amount,
- Any additional costs accrued during your stay, and
- Any outstanding balances at departure.
No refunds will be issued after processing payment.
Camper Release of Liability (Health & Safety)
Ocean City’s Coastal Escape has implemented enhanced cleaning and distancing protocols in light of COVID-19 and similar public health risks. However, no facility can guarantee complete protection.
By entering the campground, you accept these terms:
- You assume all risks associated with potential exposure to viruses, illnesses, or communicable diseases.
- No refunds will be issued due to illness (including COVID-19) unless required by a government mandate or state health department order.
Legal Terms
- If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
- Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved exclusively in New Jersey state or federal courts.
- Campers consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
