Entrance & Main Road

The main entrance to Ocean City’s Coastal Escape RV Park is located off Somers Point Road. After entering the park, the main internal road runs straight ahead through the center of the campground.

The office and check-in area are immediately on your right, next to a small visitor parking area. This is where you register, ask questions, and get general information. A dump station is located along the main road near the entrance for easy arrival and departure for RVs.

The main internal road forms a loop that connects to several shorter side roads where campsites and amenities are located.

Campsite Layout

The campground contains approximately 140 RV and tent sites arranged along several short interior roads that branch off the main loop.

Full hook-up 50 AMP sites are generally located closer to the front and center sections of the park, while 30 AMP water-and-electric sites extend toward the rear and side areas. Each site is level, clearly marked by a numbered site sign, and accessible via paved or well-maintained gravel roads.

Accessible parking and pathways are located near the office, bathhouse, and pool area to reduce walking distance to key facilities.

Amenities & Common Areas

The main cluster of amenities is located near the center of the park, within a short walk from most sites.

• The Olympic-sized pool and heated pool sit near the middle of the campground, enclosed by fencing and surrounded by a paved deck.

• A covered pavilion with picnic tables is positioned nearby and is used for group activities and events.
  
  
• A playground is located close to the pavilion, with open space for children to play.

The main areas of the campground have generally level terrain suitable for wheelchair users and guests with mobility devices.

Accessible restrooms and shower facilities are located near the pool complex. The pool deck has a sloped entry and handrails that make it easier to enter the pool area.

Service animals are welcome throughout the park. The office and main pavilion both feature ramped entries and wide doorways to accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility devices.

Navigation & Wayfinding

Directional signage with clear text and icons is placed at key intersections and near amenity areas. Signs help you identify roads, site number ranges, and amenities such as the pool, playground, dog park, and restrooms.
